Sujit Choudhry Implements Policies on Justice through Comparative Law

Sujit’s career dates back to the University of California. He attended the Berkeley Law School and was appointed dean. Before that, he was a professor at Cecelia Goetz School of Law. He is a prominent lawyer and active participant in politics.


Sujit’s prominence roots from his active involvement in comparative constitutional law. His experience in law and politics has seen him speak in several countries with his opinion weighing in policy implementation and execution. Bordering vast experience in legislation and research studies on the same subject, Sujit has published more than ninety articles, reports and chapters on comparative law. He published a book on constitutional law migration in 2006. He also authors a handbook called Indian Institution, from Oxford.
