Upon realizing that most jobs did not pay well, Adam Milstein decided to become a real estate broker. After three years of working as an agent, he launched his firm, Hager Pacific Properties. Milstein spends his day managing and growing his business. He relishes philanthropy and finds volunteer works more appealing and satisfying. He believes that follow-up is a crucial practice since it helps one achieve his or her goals. It is through follow-up that great ideas are brought to life. Milstein has learned that the real estate business requires patience, persistence, and consistency. He finds the ups and downs to business exciting since they serve as an opportunity to learn new things. According to Milstein, success is a gradual process that needs to be nurtured to be realized. He learned to be patient when he was selling artworks to various temples in Israel. Milstein is a family guy and spends most of his free time with his wife and children. One of the people who have inspired him in life is his partner David Hager.
Milstein’s educational background and career history
Adam Milstein is a community leader, philanthropist, and businessman. Milstein is an Israeli nationalist, committed to sensitizing the Jewish community about their culture and the challenges their country is facing. He is also an activist and motivational speaker. Milstein has served in the Israel Defense Forces throughout the Yom Kippur War, which was orchestrated by Syria and Egypt against Israel in 1973. Having completed his civic duty, Milstein enrolled at the Technion- Israel Institute of Technology where he studied business and commerce. While in college, Milstein worked at his father’s real estate company. It is while helping his parents to grow the family business that he developed an interest in property development.
Milstein acquired an MBA from the esteemed University of Southern California. After graduating from this University, Milstein ventured into the real estate business and became a sales agent. Years later, he formed Hager Pacific Properties and became its senior managing partner. Milstein is a board member of organizations, such as the Jewish Funders Network, AIPAC National Council, Hasbara Fellowships, and the Israel on Campus Coalition. He is the head of the Israeli-American Council where he oversees the national expansion.
