Walking Just Might Be The Healthiest Thing For Your Body

When it comes to diet, everybody loves talking about superfoods. Superfood this, Superfood that. Have you eaten your kale today? What about your acai berries? Blah, blah blah.

But some of those are actually good for you. And as it turns out, so is walking. This should actually become a cornerstone of your health routine, because it’s so remarkably good for your body. There are a variety of benefits associated with walking.

Walking everyday is a cornerstone of Marnie Bennett’s life, and it’s something that everybody really needs to add to their daily routine.

Walking is a longer activity, something that takes a great deal of time. You can spend hours walking, and it’s actually very good for the body.

However, normally exercise sees you only moving around for an hour, or two at the most per day. You just can’t offset 10 hours of doing nothing with an hour of movement.

Rather, you need to find a way to get an influx of activity. Walking is the perfect way to do that. It’s consistent exercise, and lasts a lot longer.
